Chicago Fire was born of my desire to enjoy the flavors and textures unique to Chicago Pizza and share them with others. Our menu is strongly influenced by Chicago’s history and culture. Firstly, many of Chicago’s tastiest foods were created by Greek and Italian immigrants. Secondly, Chicago was once known as the pork capital of the world. Most of our sandwiches and pizzas have over a half pound of meat, staying true to portions one would expect in The Windy City. Lastly, we offer numerous “Fiery” foods such as Extra Hot Wings, The Great Chicago Fire Pizza, Spicy Italian Sausage, and of course our signature Hot Italian Beef. Enjoy! The pizza was bomb absolutely amazing. I recommend the chicken pesto deep dish (which just means thicc - thicc with two cc’s LET ME TELL YOU!! I had 2 pieces and I was stuffed. The inside is pretty loud as expected so if you wanna talk a lot go outside lol we also had a pick house salad which was an average salad. The people were super nice and I had different people even came up to us even though we already had a server to just make sure someone was serving us, they were super sweet. Definitely recommend, I brought my dad our extras and he can’t wait to take my mom out there:)

We went to Chicago Fire at the Palladio. The moment that we arrived, Sean was very attentive. He greeted us and made sure that we were taken care of. My first time writing a review. Sean and Jena were very courteous, helpful and nice.

Wish I could see the picture of what the food looks like that's in most restaurants got the pizza deep pan and it tasted undercooked looked undercooked i look like they trow tomato sauce out of a can with some parmesan cheese on top would not go back again.....

I ordered pizza and wings for pick up. They tell me ready in 35 minutes. A hour and 20 minutes later FINALLY ready and the pizza is ice cold. Complain to manager about the time and pizza being cold and he hands me the bill to sign with zero response. Food and service has completely gone downhill.... time to find new pizza restaurant ! GOODBYE Chicago 🔥

I had a thin crust pizza and enjoyed it. I only wish I had known going in that the stuffed and deep dish take 45 minutes plus. Looking forward to my next visit. I'll make sure I have time.Service was very good.

Excellent and authentic Chicago style deep dish pizza in the heart of California! Amazingly friendly staff as well!

Had a quick dinner at the bar, happy hour food specials were great!

At a time when pizza places taste more and more the same, this place truly sets itself apart. When you first walk in you can tell you're in a restaurant, not a "pizza place". A bit darker, nice furniture, high ceilings, classic look. Then the menu gives you options other than their fantastic pizza. I had the Greek salad for lunch. Good, and would have been great had they given a decent portion of gyro meat. Umike their pizzas the ingredients were a bit skimpy. Moving on to the highlight - their FANTASTIC deep dish stuffed pizza! Be prepared for a meal, not a "slice". The stuffed can take 45 minutes so order that right away. My kids love the thin crust as an "appetizer". I tried the boneless wings, and I don't think I'd get them again. I've had the real thing several times in downtown Chicago - this place is darn close if not just as good! Enjoy the experience while you're there as the crust isn't nearly as good reheated in the microwave at home.

I love the ambiance at Chicago fire and the waitress provided such good service. I am not a big fan of pizza but the menu had ample choice for non-pizza lovers. I had a very lovely small pear salad, which was delicious and well priced. The chicken pesto sandwich was really nice with great chabatta bread and I asked for sweet potato fries which were the best I have ever had! Very happy with our visit and we will be back!!

This is legit amazing Chicago deep dish pizza. I’ve been to UNOs, Lou malnati’s, Gino’s and Giordano’s several times each. This pie is definitely one of the top on that list. It’s nice to find a place like this outside of Chicago.

Yummy appetizers! You do not have to go for their fabulous pizza. Happy hour is the bomb. Loved the dark wings (thighs!).

Empty tables with an hour wait, either can not keep employees or just bad management

The food was fantastic but the bartender assumed we did not know what was in top shelf margarita , and served us mix alone. ðŸ˜

Pizza is great, sandwiches are even better.

Dear cooks working on the night of may 22nd please learn how to properly cut a pizza. I just paid 27$ for this and it was barely cut at all, figure it out. Embarrassing 🤦ðŸ¼â€â™‚ï¸ðŸ¤¦ðŸ¼â€â™‚ï¸ðŸ¤¦ðŸ¼â€â™‚ï¸

Went to dinner here last night to celebrate a graduation with family. Our server was Caitlin. She was great, of course with a large group there was some confusion that occurs occasionally at restaurants. Ian the Manger and Caitlin our server got it quickly resolved and made it a good experience for our family. Ask for Caitlin she is attentive and friendly, and leave her a good tip too.

Great wings! Pizza very good also.

Great pizza. A little slow on the deep dish but worth it.

Unfortunately Chicago Fire is not what it used to be. The service has suffered immensely and the quality of the food is subpar. The pizzas are loaded with grease and the “freshness†of the traditional pizza is long gone. The wings suck compared to other places, they’re definitely buying that cheap meat. And the Greek fries are just garlic fries... Food just feels cheap and gross. Goodbye Chicago Fire, it was fun while it lasted.

Pretty good. Just needed hot French Fries; but they took care of it, when brought to their attention.

I was told that it would take 20 minutes. we got there to pick up our food and the pizzas weren't ready. we waited an additional 30 minutes. when we got home the food was soggy and cold. very disappointed in day one of reopening. the man sitting next to me said he was waiting 30 minutes as well.

Great pizza but we had pre ordered, still had to wait 45 minutes and order was wrong!

We were pleased to be seated quickly. The staff took our special order pleasantly. We were told the cook time and they were accurate. Pretty decor of Old Chicago. With the theater nearby, we were able to walk and enjoy a whole evening.

Delicious pizza with fresh ingredients. Thin and regular crust as well as deep dish available. Excellent happy hour. Their spinach salad is the best I've ever had. Gyros are good too!

We had a fun rehersal dinner at Chicago Fire

We went on a Saturday afternoon. We were not in a rush so the extra time it takes to make the pies was not an issue. Very happy with the Greek salad with gyro meat. Artichoke appetizer was also great. The Chicago style pizza was a nice change.
Ulises Ochoa
Best Wings I had ever eaten, and deep dish pizza is not the exception. You won't be disappointed.

Wow! A must visit! I went to Palladio on a Monday for the $0.50 Hot Wings, and they were beyond tasty! Crispy with the perfect amount of sauce on them; you get multiple dipping sauce options.I had to go back for their Deep Dish Pizza. I got the "Abe Froman," and I'll tell you what... What a pizza! It was beyond outstanding! Mozz, Sausage, Flakey Crust, and then that sauce took it over the top!An overall great atmosphere; a great place for date night, or for a group of friends, they have a full service bar, and big screen TVs, so it's the place to be on Monday (Wings & MNF).
Jon Tooker
The food and service was good but the kitchen lost my wings order and I had to wait. Also the lighting was awful. We had to use our phone flashlights to see the menu!
Erika Sanchez
I love deep pizza!!! My favorite is with mushroom. $25 dollars for a large, call ahead and when you arrive is ready otherwise is 35 mins wait. The service was very good. No real fan of the artichoke dip.

First, the good. Great pizza, (thin or stuffed). Great wings, salad and always cold beer. Wait staff is always polite and helpful. Now, the bad. I’ve been here three times in the past month. On each occasion, I’ve had to wait 30-60 minutes for a table when there have been 8-12 tables in the main dining area which were EMPTY. When asked about this on my last visit, the manager/hostess stated that there was not enough wait staff to cover the floor. Unacceptable. Not only is it foolish for the restaurant to not resolve this issue(as they are losing revenue), but how do you expect people to wait nearly an hour for tables when 1/5th of the tables are available?? Unprofessional. Sorry Chicago Fire. Never again.
David Grandy
Terrible experience... bad service, didn't take care of special request (no bell peppers on pizza), Mac and Cheese is atrocious!! Waitress could seem to care less.
Michael B.
One of the best Deep Dish pizzas in the area. Nice cool beer too...

One of my favorite happy hour spots. Been coming here for years. The happy hour food is a great deal and the bartenders are always awesome folks.
